Custom Gas Filling
SpeedGas has been filling and testing customer owned cylinders for many years and is an Australian approved and licensed cylinder test station. Our custom gas filling includes pure gases and mixtures of up to five gases across a broad range of cylinder types, pressures (up to 300bar) and cylinder sizes from 1L to 80L. The range of gases also includes both flammable and non-flammables gases.
The customers that currently utlise Speedgas custom filling services extend across the Hospitality, Defence, Fire Suppression, Welding, Food and other markets. The customers are located across Australia and ship cylinders to one of our production sites.
Prior to obtaining a quote you must be able to verify that the cylinder is Australian approved and has a Workcover registration. SpeedGas cannot fill international cylinders unless they have been approved locally. If you have any questions or require more information please feel free to give us a call.

We understand that not all customers want to pay for rental on cylinders, so we implemented the ‘own your own bottle’ gas cylinder program across a wide range of gases, giving the customer more flexibility. We have a large network of partners who will exchange your empty cylinder for a full one, find your closest store at the top of the page.
